SNOW CAMP 2018

The time has come to register for one of the best annual events in Pack 50:  Snow Camp in the very scenic north Lake Tahoe region! – the kids love everything about it.
*    Snowball fights and sledding.
*    The “Klondike Games” where scouts participate in fun activities like sled races and snowman-building contests
*    The campfire with skits, stories and sing-a-longs
*    Special events like earning your whittling chip for Bear cubs and a special snow hike for Webelos
*    Our lodging is the very scenic Claire Tapaan Lodge, owned by the Sierra Club and built in the 1930’s  http://www.sierraclub.org/outings/lodges/ctl/. We do sleep inside in beds –this is not “snow camping” ;-)
*    An easy 3.5 hour drive from Marin, very near the Boreal and Sugar Bowl ski resorts
*    Here’s a link to a video of Snow Camp from a few years ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSjq2m1i-oc

This year’s Snow Camp will start the evening of Friday, January 26th, and ends the morning of Sunday, January 28th, 2017.
